Payment

• We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express for online orders.
• We accept Debit, Cash, Visa and Mastercard for in-store orders.
• We don't accept any form of cheques.
• For all cakes, we require a minimum of 50% of the deposit. If a deposit is not made, we are unable to process your cake order. Full payment is due for custom cakes before the order date.
• For wedding Cake, we require 100% deposits. 50% is due on order, the balance due two weeks before the required date. Pickup / Delivery

Cakes

• Servings are an approximation. The standard height of regular cakes is 2 ½ inches.
• Please note we can only do our best to make similar cakes to designs/pictures given.
• All standard cakes are made of vanilla sponge with whipping cream with buttercream finish. Unless requested otherwise.
• All our cakes are 100% eggless. We make only eggless cakes.
• Our cakes are nut-free, but we do process nuts in the facility.

Product Care and Storage

• All buttercream cakes should be stored in the fridge. Fondant cakes can be stored in the fridge but need to be covered to avoid moisture
• Sponge and Chocolate cake will keep for about 4-5 days after pickup/delivery.
• Pound cakes will last for 3 to 4 days after pickup/delivery.

Edible Images

• Edible images can be put on almost any cake. The cost of the image is extra.
• Editing and altering images may involve extra charges.
• We can print any photograph or image appropriate to be printed. Whenever an image is printed, the quality deteriorates, so make sure you give us the best quality pictures you can to avoid disappointment.
• If you wish to supply a digital picture, we only accept jpg.

Orders

• We accept last minutes orders for all cakes, including wedding cakes. Occasionally we may not have the resources to meet demand. Please order as early as you can, and we will try to deliver the best service we can last minute.
• Please check your order before payment and leaving the store. We can not honour any incident once you have left our property.Our decorators can only create the finished product from what they interpret from the wording of your order.

Cancellation

• Custom orders can not be cancelled once the order is made. A refund can not be given if the order has already started to be prepared.

Complaints

• Corrections and repairs to cakes can be some on the same day. You are requested to allow us to correct our mistake within the same business day.
• complaints that occur may require further investigation, and an immediate resolution may not always be possible. We will compensate those who we seem fit for the compensation. This is based on a case-by-case scenario.

Acceptance

• By placing an order online, email, phone or in person, you agree that you have read and accepted the following policies regarding all products and services.
• Check all products before opening package, as open packages are not accepted for returns

• All purchases are subject to product availability. In our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars.
• In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse orders, including orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers without limitation. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.
